I found once a day to be the ideal sweet spot. It shows you’re consistent and participating, but also it sets the expectation of the frequency you want your members to post with.

If everyone posts once a day, the community will feel alive and everyone will have a chance to make interactions with other members. Posting too many times per day could lead to overwhelm or worse, they’ll see the owner is the only one posting and they’ll not participate because of it.

So in short, replicate the behavior you want your members to emulate.
