When work is touted as the main focus in your life, something happens that most people don’t recognize. They focus on their internal struggles and the struggles of the the workload, trying to achieve their goals at all costs.

But what they don’t understand is no work can be done alone, effectively. If you are building software, you either need other people to help you do it, or even if your building alone, you need customers to use it and provide feedback. No matter the case, you should never build alone. Connection was the real goal they should of had in the first place, not output.

Eventually you’ll find out that no matter how much wealth or power you acquire, if you don’t have anyone to share it with, it’s empty, it feels not worth it.

Teamwork is about sharing work, it’s about reaching a goal together.

and if you hate the people you work with, what was the whole point of being their anyways?
