Everyone wants you to conform. They have their standards, and they want you to follow them. The more people they have on their side, the more power the end up with. But what was the point of conforming anyways if they weren’t loyal to you and your cause.

That’s why you need to lean into what makes you who you are. Your eccentricities, your weird habits, your intelligence, your own power.

By doing this, you can create the work you want. And others that think like you will come along for the ride as well.
