It’s all about building something that just works.

Sandbox gaming has been around a long time. The term Sandbox refers to the ability to build things in a Game that affect the game and interactions around you. You should of seen how many of my STEM Friends were Playing Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. They absolutely loved that game. In it, you basically collected pieces of tech that acted like linkin logs to build gliders, machines, helicopters, enemy traps and so much more.
There’s some primal feeling of success about building something with your hands, but if you can’t, the next best thing is building something digitally. Sure it’s easier to build a House in minecraft than it is in real life, but the sheer visualization of being able to build something you designed is a powerful metric into how you would actually build it in the first place. It gives you a feeling of accomplishment.
However, you’d probably be better off building an actual house. This goers the same for you career. Can you become a top League of Legends Player in the world? Probably. But becoming a top player in your Career would probably serve you better, and would be, surprisingly, a lot easier.
Build something of value to other people. They are just waiting to see what you come up with, but you need to show them what your capable of first before they pay attention.
