Funnels are a funny thing. Basically they are meant to take a customer through every step of the journey with their hand held. They were made popular by Russell Brunson originally. A confused customer doesn’t buy, so it makes it idiot proof to do anything else but buy your offer.

Social Media has redesigned the process though, here’s how Jay Clouse and his Business “Creator Science” is setup, and most creators would benefit from doing the exact same process:

  1. You use Social Media as your Borrow Network to get the word out
  2. You use your Owned Network (Newsletter or Podcast) to develop your relationship
  3. You use your Owned Network to sell products that help your specific audience.

    Simple, everyone knows what to binge next if they like the Creator. It works, it’s how Social Media actually works when Followers mean nothing anymore. Even the smallest Creator can make it big in a single post.
